I went to Walgreens to do the Vicks 20$ get 10$RR! We already used 2 bottles since last month with these vicious colds Muffin and I had.
Here is what I got :
2 boxes of Puffs
2 bottles of Excedrin
3 bottles of Nyquil
2 boxes of ny/day quil
2 pops (we were thirsty haha)
*would have been $35.59 before coupons.*
Coupons Used:
4x $1.50 off nyquil
2x buy a Vicks product get a box of puffs free
2x free bottles of Excedrin
$5.00 RR from previous shopping trip (needed to be used- hence the whole trip!)
Subtotal : $14.63 + tax = $17.03
Received $10.00 RR for future purchase, so not bad for $7.03!
I made some wonderful peanut butter cookies recently, and used Reses hearts instead of the usual kisses. Man oh man were they WONDERFUL!
How do you come up with duplicate coupons? Sometimes I wish I had xtra ones 4 certain thigns. Found a less labor intensive way to file coupons. Will send you the site w/explanation & I can give you extra folders I have around if u do it that way.
ReplyDeleteMom saves her coupons for me after she goes thru them. I haven't been clipping coupons at all anymore - I write the date of them on the front and put them in a pile. one going left to right, then the next week up and down so I can flip to the right ones easily. Then I watch for the deals and when they say January 24th red plum - POW - GOT IT!
